Simon Triple is a special beer made with three grains: barley, wheat, and oats. Flavored with orange peel and coriander, these spices give it a certain freshness to harmonize with a 7% alcohol content. Unfiltered and certified organic, the wheat and oats come from a farmer a stone's throw from the brewery (Fischbach farm in Enscherange, northern Luxembourg).

A relatively interesting beer. It's billed as a "Triple", and I've put it into the category of Tripel category because of the general feel of the beer, especially with the addition of the orange peel and coriander- classic Tripel additions. It tastes fresh, although a little grainier and softer than most Tripels, given the mash bill. Still, it has a robust flavor, a soft finish, and is pleasant all around.
