On-tap at Go Ten Bar & Café, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with hints of sweet bready malts. As the beer warms up, notes of honey also become perceptible.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of bready malts and honey along with notes of grassy hops and a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, clean and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a solid pilsener that has unique aromas and flavors of honey.
Serving type: on-tap

Clear golden colour with a frothy white head and average lacings. Aromas of biscuity malts and light herbal hop influences develop. Lightly carbonated with a light slick texture and a light to medium pronounced body. Light bready sweetness offering a hint of hoppy bitterness. Short lasting bit malty finish. Marketed as Pils but it does not show the attributes of the style. Also the way of brewing indicates to another style. Unfortunate yet drinkable on a hot day.

Brown 33cl bottle, poured into a Veltins Pilsner stemmed glass.
This was the second and highest scoring beer reviewed (out of 5) during my Luxembourg Brewery Evening.
Very pale gold colour, not crystal clear or sparkling, it looked as if the filter machine didn't quite work at 100% and it lets some sediment through. This added to the idea this was a pilsner with a diffrence.
It also had an aroma (how un-Pilsner like), I though it had a malt, caramel and toffee smell.
A fairly sweet pilsner, the flavours married the aromas, so the taste was of malts, caramel and toffee. Sickly it isn't, but there is a sweetness to be sure.
Liked it, had a good vibe and body for a Pilsner. The flavours lingered in the mouth and didn't change like some Pilsners do (no metalic aftertaste).

Sampled this beer at the little bar outside of the Cactus supermarket in Bertrange, Luxembourg. You would be amazed at how many people, young and old (mostly old) that have a drink or 2 after or before shopping. The beer poured a pale yellow color with a thin white head. The nose was citrusy with some yeast notes. The taste is light, a bit sweet with some slight hop bitterness. Overall this is a light and refreshing, not overly complex beer. Good for a quick drink after a day or grocery shopping.

Clear shimmering yellow with a tightly bubbled lace that had no problems sticking to the glass. Very clean in the aroma and flavor. Dry malt characteristics shine within a perfect crispness, light hop flavor is followed by a modest bitterness which does an excellent job to balance. A great starter beer for the day to wet the palate and get your taste buds working. Its a shame we dont have many of these basic Euro pilsners here in the US.
