A: Pours a hazy pale to medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall pillowy fizzy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 40% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of flowers - jasmine, lavender, and chrysanthemum. Light to moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts + grainy malts with a light aroma of earthy + spicy + herbal hops. Light amounts of honey sweetness. Lightly tart/sour.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts + grainy malts with light amounts of honey sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of flowers - jasmine, lavender, and chrysanthemum. Finally there are light flavors of earthy + spicy + herbal hops. Minimal amounts of bitterness are present and overall there is a light amount of tartness/sourness that lingers through the finish.

M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.

O: Drinks pretty easily with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant tartness. Interesting and I enjoyed how the flowers played in the aroma and flavor of this beer.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of flowers - jasmine and lavender stand out in particular - are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of jasmine and lavender along with hints of honey. Only a slight bit of sourness is present.
M: It feels light-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the aromas and flavors of the flowers in this ale.
