On tap at Cañas y Tapas. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Deep murky red. Huge creamy and cream-colored head. Lasts forever.
Smell - Caramel malt. Light pine hop. Smells sweet.
Taste - Mostly caramel hop. A little bit of grapefruit hop, but sweetness wins. Slightly nutty in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Very creamy. Medium bodied. Sweet for the style.
Overall - It's boring, but I appreciate that it's the first craft beer I've had in this country that doesn't have anything overtly wrong with it.
