One of six from the "Beer down under" six pack brought back from Australia. This offering from Carlton pours a pale yellow with a thin white lace. There is a metallic pale hop presence, the carbonation is high it almost burns the throat. There is a small bitter grapefruit quality in the finish but overall it is really weak.

Pours a deep golden color with white fluffy head that sticks around for a few minutes, then disappears. I think I actually smell a little bit of hops behind the chemicals. But it could just be pride of ringwood hops. The taste is very chemical and a little bitter. No sweetness to speak of. Not a good aftertaste. Mouthfeel is pretty watery with a lot of carbonation scraping on the tongue. All in all, a pretty horrible beer. I've got this copper taste I can't get rid of now.
