Kulrak, you are a gentleman in not totally slamming this offensive swill. 6.5%!!!! Why? There's nothing to drive. No big malt that needs alcohol to lift. Surely it's only a delivery system for drunkenness. My wife says it tasted like rust. I couldn't drink two sips because it was nauseating. No hops, no malt just some metallic taste...like rust!I'm trying to be objective and not slag off on a product but I haven't had a worse beer. Even VB is better. There's one still in my fridge and even with stinking hot NSW weather I couldn't drink it. Do not buy this beer. Tear your money up and drink from a puddle. It's the same thing.

Pours a slightly darkish golden color with plenty of bubbly white head that sticks around for a while. Smells very faintly of yeast, and a little of chemicals. Tastes fairly sweet, but I'm not detecting any malt, or any hops for that matter. There's just enough bitterness there to almost finish clean, but not really balance out the nondescript sweetness. They seem to have piled up the malt and hops next to the kettle so the beer would know what it looked like, then brewed it with nothing but adjuncts and hop oil. Mouthfeel is fairly heavy, but mostly watery. Overall, it's fairly drinkable, probably mostly by people that just want to get wasted while tasting as little as possible. Standard 'premium' aussie macro crap.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
