Copenhagen 12/5 2019. 33 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give (web-shop). A slightly too old, so the price is slightly reduced sale, Coisbo old label design in light blue with black background and the elegant silhouette of a bottle.
Pours hazy, amber orange with small off-white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet malts, metal and stuff refrigerator. Caramel, cooked vegetables, mildly spicy pepper and a metallic tinge.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a very moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for bit.
Might be due to the old age - but a stale and not very inspiring beer.
