Copenhagen 29/5 2017. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly in Middelfart as part of a Gift Box. The label is simple telling me that this is from Batch no. 19 and a single hop IPA.
Pours hazy orange with bubbly white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thin layer of creamy foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is intense and citric. Grapefruit and pine and something fermented and sweet lurking in the background.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Finish is semi dry.
Fine fairly simple IPA with good bitterness. I look forward to the preceding 18.
