Copenhagen 27/8 2017. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly in Middelfart. Part of Coisbo Gift-pack. Very black label with single light blue stripe.
Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is quite strong. Aroma is quite strong and fruity. Fermenting exotic fruit with a moldy touch. Some citric notes and a little sweetness.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish dry.
Like many Single Hop variations a bit one-dimensional. But a nice and bitter take on it.
