Copenhagen 23/9 2017. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly, Østergade, Middelfart. Part of a Coisbo Giftbox. Part of Coisbos Limited Edition with different numbered batches.
Pours hazy amber with small white head. Moderate lacing. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam.
Aroma is quite strong. Fermented fruit, citric odors and quite a whiff of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation and a medium thick palate.
Flavor is intense. Strong malty sweetness balanced by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet. Finish a bit messy.
Fits the style quite well - but a bit on the sweet side for my taste.
