Copenhagen 16/12 2017. 33 cl bottle from giftpack bought in Kvickly, Østergade, Middelfart Usual Coisbo with Black label with thin Green band telling me how limited and exclusive this beer is.
Pours dark, slightly hazy amber with bubbly white head. Settles as thin, transparent layer of fine foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is rather strong. Sweet malts and prominent citric notes. Light notes of sweet, exotic fruit. Overall quite sharp aroma.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is light to medium sweet followed by very strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish is dry.
Quite one dimensional but fortunately in the bitter dimension.
