On tap at the brewery, quick notes:
Traditional look.
Nice smell, strong spices and banana, touch of wheat.
Taste follows with clear banana and mildly sweet wheaty malts, fruitiness, very spicy (nice clove, some peppercorn).
Body not too heavy, easy to drink and refreshing enough.
Great example of a hefeweizen, my favourite from Siegfried.
