An unfortunately massively over carbonated beer. Multiple people I know have tried this brew and it's been nigh undrinkable for everyone, cans of it literally explode foam!

Poured extremely gently at 44°F from a 12oz bottle (indecipherable bottle date) into a stange. Consumed on 19Sep16.
SMELL: Mild aromas of raspberry and blackberry jam, hickory smoked bacon, caramel, salty mineral, figs, peaches, and prunes commingle with subtle scents of bitter hops, white bread, molasses, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, and earthy hops.
4.25 out of 5
TASTE: Mild and savory flavors of hickory smoked bacon first cross the palate. Mild flavors of salty minerals, raspberry jam, and blackberry jam quickly encounter the smoked goodness. The flavor profile continues to expand as mild flavors of earthy hops, caramel and peaches flow on to the taste buds while the smoked bacon flavors become slightly stronger. A mild, bittersweet wave of fig, prunes, and bitter hops promptly follows. Subtle bittersweet molasses, white bread, orange, grapefruit, and tangerine flavors trail lastly as the bitter hop flavors increase to mild while the earthy hop perception grows just a little.
3.75 out of 5
NOTE: I have always know this style to be one of the more complex, but this specific beer takes home the gold. While I loving the multifaceted flavors profile, it was difficult for me to love the taste itself. I did like and it was enjoyable, but there was too much of a bitter and earthy hop presence that encumbered a true love. I still recommend for anybody who loves the style. This brewery has definitely struck my curiosity. I will have to go visit them one day soon.
