A: It's been in a growler for 4 days, and the head shrinks like snow on a warm April day, so none of that beautiful lace either. Light canary gold.
S: More estery than phenolic featuring pear cider, strawberry almond granola, grainy spice, rose water. Any other spiciness seems derived from alcohols.
M: Light-med body. Light in carb, flat but rounded and dry finish.
T: Earthy truffle, shake of black pepper. Lemon pepper, roasted parsnip, orange peel, honey rolls, lightly fermented bananas.

Pours a clear gold, with quickly-dissipating white head.
Aroma is estery-citrus {~fermented orange marmalade} ,slightly spicy, slightly funky, and a touch of brandy-like booziness.
Flavor follows nose, minus any hint of booziness, despite the 9.5% abv. On the dry side for the style, despite the honey.
Smooth, slightly oily feel, with very fine carbonation, that leaves a dry , slightly bitter taste/feel on the tip of the tongue, on the finish.
Overall, an excellent brew, and dangerously easy-drinker, of which, I doubt that I would ever tire. The more I have it, & the more I analyze it, the better I like it. Great job, Farmhouse! : )
