The appearance was a pale dark orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Some mild messy lace. The aroma had some soft semi-sweet nutty to biscuity malts flowing over some floral and grassy hops. Herbal balance cuts in underneath. The flavor blends somewhat decently and adds in a slight earthy to toasty sort of taste right before the aftertaste. Quicky malty and earthy finish. On the palate, this one sat between a light and medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. Light on the ABV, but seems projected finely. Overall, good enough Bitter I could have again.
