The good people of Corpus Christi just do not know good beer. I have yet to get something good from Lazy Beach and their Bock is just another failed attempt at trying to brew something that should should be robust and have character. It falls flat and is more watery than what a beer should be.
Here is the deal. Lazy Beach is basically the only brewery in Corpus Christi. Locals are just excited to have a local brewery. Put Lazy Beach in San Antinio, Austin, Houston or Dallas and they would not make it.
