It's a very nice hazy medium orange-brown, with a thick, frothy off-white head.

A really interesting aroma, a combination of sweet - with floral hops, orange, and perhaps just a touch of cherry - and spicy. Quite enticing.

Starts out with flavourful hops...grapefruit, and an earthiness I enjoyed...and then brings on the bitterness. The hops here are really quite nice. Not too aggressive, but well done. There's not enough malt to hold it all together, though, so the overall impression is a touch rocky. Still highly pleasant.

It's a nice, highly enjoyable beer. Definitely worth checking out.

A - Beautiful pure white head, hazy orange red body, with no visible carbonation.
S - This IPA was made using a blend of perle and cascade hops and boy did it have an interesting aroma. Really spicy and orangey.
T - Light malt supporting a lush fruityness. Grapefruit and bitterness overwhelms. Need more malt for balance.
M - Nice medium bodied beer.
D - This is one of the finer offerings from Minoh, and quite a joy to drink.
