Solid foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Generous lacing left on the glass. Light golden color reminiscent of chamomile tea. Pleasant carbonation around the glass. Smell is neutral with hints of straw and ripe fruit? Tastes immediately of strawberries and cream that melds into a ripe banana and that classic “weizen” aftertaste that dissipates pretty quickly. Mouthfeel is clean and light, the carbonation is refreshing. Overall, this is an above average Heffe. Drank this at Beer Belly in Temma Osaka. Good spot for anyone on vacation in Osaka!
