This uniquely Japanese IPA features a black rice component that really makes me despise the genres limits currently offered. It's not like any American IPA I've ever had, but definitely not a Japanese rice lager. It's darker and fuller than a standard American IPA with the rice addition. Delicious and totally suitable to pairing with food. Please try, enjoy, and help advocate for less restrictive genres based on national or regional adjectival terms.
