We collaborated with our friend and local homebrewer Harry Graham to celebrate his 40th year of homebrewing. This is Harry's recipe for a strong, well attenuated, and flavorful ale made with 50% wheat malt and 50% German pilsner malt. This beer finishes very dry with little residual sugar for almost a champagne like body.

Must have. Best wheatwine beer that I have had. Pours a dark yellow with a lite head. Deadly easy to drink with a slightly sweet finish.
