330 mL bottle poured into a short Weizen glass. Brown bottle.
Appearance - Black with a nice white head and a medium collar.
Smell - Nutty malts. Milk chocolate. Some caramel sweetness.
Taste - Like the smell. Milk chocolate more direct. Nutty brown malts. Mild hop bitterness. Lingering sweetness reminiscent of lactose, but lactose isn't listed on the label with the ingredients.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Medium low carbonation. Too sweet for me, though.
Overall - I struggle with it a little, but it's decent.

Appearance: Pours black with a light tan head with very little lacing
Smell: Hint of coffee and cocoa
Taste: Same as smell.
Mouthful: This is the biggest detractors, very weak and watery.
The most impressive thing is the labeling. gives info on proper
glassware, IBU's storage and a sticker on the bottom which may
be the bottling date.
