This beer has a very faint sweetness possibly honey but is overtaken slightly by its hopiness. Would be fantastic as a sipper with a Prime Rib. As a stand alone sipper it is a little rough. The alcohol is not noticeable taste wise and yet it is very potent. 2-3 beers and the Buzz abounds. Overall a good experience if you are in the mood for some strong flavor and taste. Wolf Hollow has it all so let the mood control the direction. Like this place !
