Black appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy dark tan head; strong tree-rung lace remained.
Fresh earth, candle wax & black licorice notes in the nose.
Thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Black licorice, fresh earth, bakers chocolate & faint strawberry flavors.
Big time Russian Imperial Stout vibes here, pulled off pretty well. I'd have another!
