Appearance - The beer poured a tanned yellow color with a whire head.
Smell - The nose was like a Berliner withour any adjuncts. There was only the slightest hint of pickle sourness.
Taste - At the front, the wheat of the Berliner stays in the main lain. Converging quickly was the sourness of pickles. It’s amazing how well the dill, soured pickles work with the wheat. The dill sticks to the roof of the mouth long after the last swallow.
Mouthfeel - Carbonation is agressive, as it should be for the style.
Overall - Though unusual, this is a great beer.

a really clever beer, i have come to love marz, so creative and well executed across the board. this is a pickle inspired berliner, brewed with dill and awfully sour even for the style, insanely tart even harsh on the teeth and tongue, but i like the intensity of this and i like the way it enhances the fresh dill, but i was also glad to be sharing the bottle around a couple of ways. the first half of the bottle is relatively clear, while the second half is milky with sediment, pale and washed out looking but very active and fizzy like a soda. the nose is fresh cut dill through and through, so natural here and really forward and springy, with a very robust lemony lactic acidity behind it and a little briney pickle element as well when i think about it, all there in the flavor too. the dill is awesome in this, as natural and fresh as i have known it in any beer, and the sourness actually works well with it, although this does get a little harsh as it warms up. this would make some amazing beer pickles i would think, and its refreshing for a little bit too, nice in hot weather and it makes me want to come up with some sort of gin cocktail or have this as a beer back for a heady bloody. cool beer, better than a novelty item despite its obvious weirdness!

Aroma is sour/tart fruit, wheat and mild pickles. The flavor is tart fruit, wheat/malts, fruit and a very long and tart//dryish slightly sweet finish.

Another big thanks out to Joe for this one. He must know I'm a fan of Dill. That may have come out wrong...
Diliner Weiss pours solid and opaque. You can hear the snapping of the bubbles, but they leave no presence on top, nor on the glass, but do manage to surface endlessly through the dense yellow body.
Thank God, it smells as advertised. Tart and sopping with dill. There is a light mannered funk smell coming through from behind, but this thing is filled with the wonderful herb.
Surprisingly, it's not nearly as dominant in the flavor. Oh it's absolutely there, so if you're not a fan, don't bother. Luckily for me, I am a huge fan. A tart and almost salty brine like flavor follows with just pinches of freshly cracked wheat. That funk mentioned above, like wet hay, establishes itself in the lingering after taste along with crushed red pepper spice that is very subdued.
Despite its appearance, this is lively with bubbly carbonation. Tart and crisp, then light and even slightly spicy.
This is one of the most interesting beers I've ever had, and quite honestly, I am in love. I wouldn't say I could drink this regularly, but there is no doubt that I could enjoy it frequently. If you're a fan of the obscure or the road less traveled, seek this out. I can't imagine a new trend in pickle flavored beers being all the buzz, but I'd line up for this.
Thanks again Joe! Cheers.

Slim and tall bottle with pickles on the label. The aroma is a mix of dill weed and intense tart twangy wheat. It doesn't smell exactly like a pickle, but it is reminiscent. The taste is extraordinarily dry, with some dill and funk notes. Grainy, sour, some pickle. This is an wonderfully conceived and produced beer.

Pale gold body with some haze from the chill. Fizzy one finger head settles into nothing at all after a minute.
The aroma is sour, salty with dilled pickle juice.
A very solid and spicy berliner weisse. Faint wheat, sour and tart that blends perfectly with a pronounced flavor of pickle juice as it warms.
Light body with moderate carbonation. Grainy mouth feel.
While pickle juice goes almost in the opposite direction of a fruit puree, it blends perfectly with a Berliner Weisse. It may not offer much relief from the tartness but it sure does go well with corned beef. One of the very very adjunct beers that enjoy.

Pours a very clear straw into a tulip, not even a ring of head. Smells like a Berliner at first, brackish, but get a distinct whiff of dill as it starts to warm up. The dill marries perfectly the saltiness of the beer, with an underlying warmth and spice from the chili. Great crisp mouthfeel and carbonation. Flavors meld perfectly, and the combination is genius.
