L - I think this is the right beer? It just says "beer" on the can. Pours a definitively haze blood orange murk. Most beers let a little light through as they fall out of the can, but this was hazy through and through. Decent lacing with a hint of legs. Creamy-looking head.
S - vegetal and onion-tastic. Candied papaya, grape must, and spicy grapefruit peel. Maybe a touch of paint thinner.
T - sweet scallions and more candied..ness. Mild tobacco, salty lime, and loads of dank hop resins. Heavy on the citrus peel, like biting straight into a blood orange or grapefruit. Really quite bitter when all is said and done. Crackery and bready with dry, weedy finishing touches.
F - low in carbonation with medium-high viscosity for this style. Velvety and gentle on the tongue, providing some relief from the hoppiness.
O - midwest DIPA? I guess I can see that. Retains some west coast vibes such as the hoppy grapefruitiness, but blends heavily dank hops and oniony fruitiness. Interesting balance that fluctuates between dry hoppiness and saturated stickiness. Neat.

Taste: crisp juicy, floral, white peppery notes, grapefruit, hops, slight sweet, dry clean finish. Tropical fruit citrus hop nose. Bright gold/orange hue, hazy, with a white head and lattice on the pint glass. Medium body. Balanced for an IPA and very drinkable.

Pours an orangy yellow and rather beautifully hazed.
Pungent citrus fruit with notes of orange, grapefruit, lime, and lemon.
Bright citrus fruit flavor and very tasty!
Medium-bodied, medium carbonation, soft, smooth, crushable.
Overall, another superb brew from Marz!

Canned 10/18/17; drank 11/9/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big off-white head; strong, frothy lace.
Strawberry, cream & dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Sweet orange citrus & cream flavors up front; tangy grapefruit & mild dry grass notes on the finish. No booze heat.
A bit too sweet but not a bad stab at the style.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on November 5, 2017. Tasted in a Marz snifter from a 12 fl oz can on March 3, 2018. Canned on 2/23/18. Look is hazy. Smell and taste is citrus fruit. Has that fuzzy NE feel to it. Recommended.

I've tried a lot of Chicago beers and NE ipas and this is the one I keep coming back to. Not cheap by any means but it's really a fantastic Midwest DIPA.

On draft. Deep cloudy yellow color with nice amount of foam. Citra hopped with all kind of citrus notes. Mild malt backbone, and very easy to drink (albeit a bit light mouthfeel).

Not bad, but probably the best MARZ beer I've had so far. Don't know what kind of style they were going for, but it seemed kind of Northeast style. Cloudy, creamy lacing. Dank hoppy smell with a little citrus, taste is the same. Very well balanced, booziness is disguised very well. South siiiiiide!
