Bright saturated golden orange tone, sharp clarity, rising carb trails visible. A finger of foam rises momentarily and audibly fizzles away.

Peachy white wine aroma, like a vinho verde or chenin blanc. Noticeable fresh oak as well.

Sour lemon, bitter grapefruit rind, underripe peach and peach pit flavors. Light note of oak in the dry finish. Puckering and moderately acidic. The carbonation ebbs away far to quickly, if tasted blind it resembles a sour orange wine. Overall it was not bad, despite it’s carb issues. Pairs well with seafood or a gooey washed rind cheese.

Looks likea lambic. But hazy like-a saizonne. Smells like a lambic but hints of fruit- more tart than vinegar. Way tart up front. Lemonny. Hi ts of some fruit I can’t identify; like a pluot or peach? maybe an abrigot. Feels great. Latent carb that sneeks up and fuzzes out the whole pallet. Overall dam tasty. Yu need at least a couple people to a bottle though- so sour.
