one of the better hazies i have had from marz so far, this one is heavier looking and it drinks pretty sturdy too, the more flavorful and fuller bodied malt here giving this one a lot more structure and depth, and is standing in interesting opposition to the bright summery juicy hops, mosaic forward to me in the nose i think, but im not sure what they use. super fresh, a little of the canned pineapple and cat urine thing i often get from mosaic, but some obvious tangerine and even strawberry notes to the hops here too, very fruity in both nose and taste. wheaty, almost creamy feel, very low bitterness, and a none of the overhopped burn a lot of these have, its professionally done and better than some others i have had from them in this category. i think it could stand to be a little more delicate, it finishes a little sweet, it drinks a little heavy for making a day of it, but the hops are awesome and its hard to be too critical of a beer like this. in some ways, these are all starting to taste the same so i do appreciate this being a bit different. marz is becoming one of my favorites and their new beer excites me as much as anyone right now.

Draft at Marz taproom. Citrus aroma and citrus fruit flavors. Very smooth and easy drinking. Medium mouthfeel. Best Yuice I've had yet.
