Pale amber, turbid haze. lacy loose foamy head that has lasted as long as it takes to write this. Super fruity smell, lemon rind notes. Sweeter tasting than expected. Banana bread. Bitterness like a well done cold brew coffee. Grassy hops definitely come through but are not dominating. Hops come stronger as the beer warms up. Juicy, but balanced - it tastes like an IPA. Nicely carbonated. Pretty heavy in that I can tell this is an 8% beer, but not lingering.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 12 fl oz can on May 30, 2018. Formerly known as Midway ChiPA. Northeast Style DIPA that is hazy, creamy and delicious. Recommended.

Released 5/18/18; drank 5/31/18.

Opaque dull orange/yellow appearance.

A violent pour yielded a nice eggshell head; frothy lace.

Orange soda & fresh cut grass notes in the nose.

Soft, medium mouthfeel.

Orange soda & mild dry grass flavors. No booze heat.

Pretty simple & a bit sweet; not amazing, but a nice summer sipper.
