Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 1 pint .9 fl oz bottle on January 6, 2019. Aged with Brett and champagne yeast in their bottle-conditioning room. Smooth and vibrant full bodied sour perfect for sipping. Notes of mango, lemongrass, pear, melon, oak and peach. The champagne yeast provides an additional light sweetness and notes of green apple and Pinot Grigio.
