Pursue deep orange juice with finger plus of head. Laces nicely as the head dissipates. Smells great in the pour but disappears in the glass and had to search to find anything on the nose. Up front hops tingle, with steady carbonation bubbling almost like Champaign. A creamy mouth feel with a nice citrus fruit forward taste that is pretty thin overall and doesn't hold up. Hides the double effect of booze well, but in all nothing to search out.

Pours a hazy cloudy orange-yellow, light white head. Looks like frothy pineapple juice.
Smells of pineapple juice and tropical fruits. A chewy pillowy mouthfeel; leads to easy drinking. Dangerously drinkable, great beer from two great IL breweries.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on October 16, 2018. Double Dry Hopped NE IPA in collaboration with Noon Whistle Brewing. Brewed with Meridian, Styrian Wolf and a brand new hop from New Zealand, Motu. Thick, creamy and delicious.
