Pour frothy mocha foam on top of a opaque and grainy black body. Smell is cinnamon, vanilla, lactose, and cocoa. Thought the taste was sneaky spot on, hitting the palate with cinnamon sugar, doughy dark malts, vanilla, dulce de leche, and cocoa, but cuts out pretty quickly to just malts. Feel is a little thin and dry, contributing to cutting of taste.

Pours a dark dark brown color. Completely opaque to the light. When it was poured I noticed that it was initially somewhat thinner before the last bit came out a bit sludgy and stickier. Thin weak tan head dissipates quickly leaving a ring of tan foam along the outside of the beer with a splotch of foam on top of the beer.

Aroma has strong notes of cinnamon and cinnamon sugar. Cinnamon provides its characteristic spiciness. Not much from the underlying milk stout.

Taste has notes of straight cinnamon that provide a spicy tinge on the tongue. There is a slight metallic character to this beer, but I suspect that it might be due to the way the cinnamon plays in this beer. Not much in the flavor of the cinnamon sugar that was there on the nose. As for the underlying stout, its really overtaken by the cinnamon. What does come through though are some light sweet lactose notes and a bit of dark malt. Some light bittering hops come through on the back end.

Feel is very spritzy as this is heavily carbonated. Very light and thin bodied, but due to the high carbonation I wouldn't call it easy drinking.

Overall this left me quite unimpressed. It does come across very one note, as its dominated by cinnamon. Wouldn't pick this one up again.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 12 fl oz can on November 11, 2018. Milk stout brewed with cinnamon and cocoa. Nice balance of flavors. Smooth, creamy finish.
