2nd of the variants tried so far, and this one was fun and whimsical too. The taste is multi layered, with big bourbon booze vanilla cream, slight chocolate, donut, and what can best be described as pistachio cream, but then a full 2 seconds after the sip a final tide of roasted nuts and smoke comes in, very satisfying. Feel is creamy, nutty and sweet. Smell is very boozy, and the pistachio doesn't translate as clearly, losing any semblance of balance, though still pleasant.
