This one is a mind bender. Take tygrisku, a wild golden ale blend with a dipa mixed in too, then now for this age in wine casks with some additional brett thrown in. The result is not as complex as you would think though, with big dry white wine flavors, brett, wood tannins, guava, kiwi, lime, orange and with a touch of lemon. Not overly sour or acidic, pretty yeast in feel with dry smoothness on the finish. Smell shows off the depth of the wine barrels and brett well, leaving the fruit to finish sourly. Bubbly and clear golden appearance is eye catching.
