Nebulous citrus wild ale. It’s a little bit on the kettle sour side of things, so don’t get your hopes up seeing the “wild ale” label on the can.
Murky golden, initially foamy but the head quickly fades to nothing.
Aroma is all lactobacillus, dull minerally acidity with some citrus zest.
Taste is tart, firm bitterness from the grapefruit, otherwise a somewhat generic fruited kettle sour. Lacks depth, and the advertised exotic tangerine and blood orange are far in the background. Idea is great, but the execution could use some work.
