We took a simple golden ale and hit with our house lacto culture to make it a little funky and sour then fermented it on peaches. The result is a nice lightly funky, white peach forward beer that is soft and blends really nice with our house culture. There’s underlying notes of funk and Cherry from our strain that makes this beer really unique and tasty.
