Crystal clear straw with no head. Nose is barnyard brett. Taste follows the nose with horse blanket up front with green apple followed by some slightly puckering funk. Body is light with similar carbonation, bordering on thin, but also slightly silky. Ends dry with a lingering acidity in the back of my mouth. Overall one note, but Brett forward which I like. Not quite as aggressive as I like my Brett, missing some complexity like the cherry pie (jammy) bandaid I usually look for, but has that more horse blanket prickly funk.
