IPA with galangal and cardamom using mosaic and cashmere hops.

Appearance - The beer was golden yellow with visible carbonation and white head.
Smell - The nose was ginger forward with pleasant bitterness.
Taste - The beer had a pleasant herbal bitterness. I never would have thought I would like cardamom in an IPA. Though it is labeled as a tropical IPA, it leans west coast. It is not overly fruits, and finished with nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel - The body was a lite thin, but lingered nicely.
Overall - I did not know I needed a cardamom IPA in my life.
