Ube Pączki Stout

Every year, to honor our Polish heritage, we brew the Pączki (pronounced “Pownch-key” or “Pan Chky” depending on how Polish you are) Stout, a Double Milk Stout with lactose and cocoa nibs, to create our own liquid version of this gluttonous moment. This year our “alternate flavour” is UBE! Ube is popularly used in desserts in Filipino cuisine, often boiled and then mixed with sweetened condensed milk.
