Draft at the Tap Room.
Bright straw gold, thin layer of finely textured foam, little bit of lace.
Mild malty aroma, slight grassy hop note. Taste is light with a grassy hop bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste, toasted popcorn kernels. Light bodied and drinkable, fairly bitter. Not bad at all.

Session pale ale from a bomber brewed with all Centennial hops.

Pours a bit hazy golden color with a long lasting white head. The aroma is moderately hoppy--mainly floral and citrus with a bit of grainy sweetness. The flavor is moderately hoppy, mainly citrus a bit floral and some grainyness at the swallow. The hop bitterness is moderate and is accented by medium-high carbonation and a bit of a dry finish. Overall a flavorful well done session pale ale. Interesting enough and very drinkable--would make a good tailgating or concert beer.
