Tried again after year plus in the cellar...too fruity and hoppy for an amber. Will likely use the last one for cooking...chicken or a Hawaiian dish.

Draft at the taproom. Dark reddish brown Amber, good clarity. Thin froth, broken skim and thin ring at the edges. Small arcs of lacing, good clarity.
Aroma is sweet and caramelly. Taste follows suit, sweet caramel malt and a light hop bitterness. Tea and cookie sweetness. A bit thick and sticky. Dry bitter aftertaste. Not bad but not my personal preference.
