12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of pine, sweet caramel malt and toffee. Very piney with a strong malt backbone.

Poured from 12-ounce bottle into stemless wine glass. Cloudy dark orange in color, with a substantial snow-white head that left lots of sticky lacing. This is perfectly balanced on both the nose and palate, with aromas and flavors of pine and citrus zest complementing the slightly sweet. light caramelly malt backbone. Finishes bitter, clean, and dry. I did not see the ABV listed on the bottle, and I was surprised to find that it was 10.10%. It hides the alcohol very well. For my money, this is right up there with DFH 90 Minute.

West O Ten foot Ten. DIPA. Apricot honey colored with a cap of white sticky foam and lace. Loads of fruit predominantly mangos and papaya on the nose. Taste juicy grapefruit pith, unripe papaya, mangos, moderate hop bitterness follows which is kept in check by a light dose of malt. Medium body that I would like to be a bit more substantial. Finishes clean mildly lingering bitterness. No alcohol noticeable. Overall this DIPA is flavorful with a nice level of bitterness, and quite enjoyable.
