Pitch black pour with a tan head. Decent retention and some lacing.
Aroma is strong with coffee, and has a hint of chocolate.
Taste the chocolate and coffee mix well together and hit at the same time. There's a slight creamy flavor that mixes in as well. Body is creamy and fairly full.
This is a delicious variation on the original.

Pours opaque black with fluffy khaki head that dissipates after a few sips.
The aroma is big coffee and vanilla. Very roasty
It’s big dark roasted malts, coffee chocolate, the vanilla, chocolate and vanilla don’t come out until it warms up, is there but isn’t that pronounced. The finish is fairly dry, but not nearly as hoppy as many American stouts. This beer definitely lined up more on the milk sweet stout category with adjuncts.
I think it’s a good addition to the already very good base beer.
