Tawny straw colored liquid with a quarter inch of white foam that dissipates quickly to a thin skien. No significant lacing. Caramel and biscuit malt characters predominate the nose. Taste: Light citric/grassy bitterness washes over the tongue leading into a biscuits and crackers malt backbone. Very lightly sweet, refreshing and finishes clean. Medium body holds together well. This is a nice, balanced, highly drinkable and enjoyable pale ale.
