This beer’s name is derived from the Greek for ‘most beautiful’, and for many hop fanatics this IPA truly is! This ‘rotating IPA’ delivers an ever-changing hop profile by maintaining the same malt base from batch to batch while each time, a plethora of different, equally fantastic hops are introduced to tantalise the taste buds.
