22oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Lively carbonation, massive three fingered head. Mildly hazed pale yellow hue. Bready yeasty nose. Good crispness, fresh yeast flavor, dry bready tone thorughout. A pretty good drink but not clean enough for a Kolsch IMO.

Sample from the source
Pours a slightly hazy light golden or dark straw color with a smallish bubbly white head. Aromas of light grainy crackery pilsner malt, a hint of floral and spicy hop and a touch of light fruit. The flavor is light crisp grainy light bready malt with a bit of spicy hop to counter. Light fruitiness and hints of sulfur. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation. Serviceable kolsch, I could drink a pint of this.
