Sample on tap at the source.
Slightly hazy deep straw color with a decent sized bubbly white head. Huge spicy earthy pine hop aromas are dripping off my nose with every breath as a I stick my snout deeper into my glass to further envelope my scenes. Holy shit thats not a typical hop profile for a pilsener, but damn I like it. Light cracker and bready maltiness is in there but the hops really shine here. The flavor offers a bit more maltiness with a hint of sweet bread but the hop flavor again shines through. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. I enjoyed the hell out of this beer, not a typical pils, I heard the brewer say amarillo and then I got lost in this beer. I wish I could have taken a bottle or growler of this home to enjoy a bit more.
