Very pale straw color with some modest haze and three fingers of soapy white head. Decent lacing. Clean, piney aroma with a hint of lemon and doughy malt. The taste follows the nose with a clean, dull, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied for the style with relatively low carbonation. Old school flavors and much lighter than most contemporary DIPAs.

From the 650 ml. bottle with a bottling date of Jan 2017. Sampled on January 23, 2017.
The pour is a slightly cloudy golden yellow underneath a modest off-white head that leaves lacing as it fades.
The aroma has a sort of apple, pear, and fruity characteristic to it with toasted bread behind it.
A medium or better body that is also creamy and smooth.
The taste has the same apple, pear, perhaps some hidden orange fruitiness leading the pack and ending with a refreshing sort of clean finish. Muted breaded sweetness too.

Sample from the source. Hazy cloudy murky I guess its a New England style ipa. Citrus resin and light topical fruits with a sweet bready malt to back it up. Pretty good, my favorite of the flight.
