16oz bottle obtained today.
Pours turbid gold with a lush, dense head. Moderate retention and lacing. Aromatics are extremely pungent with a punch of tropical hops. Hard peaches, grapefruit, mango, and pine. Mildly dank. Medium bodied with a slightly gritty but creamy mouthfeel. Raw, bitter grapefruit pith starts the palate with resin-rubbed citrus. Zero malt and very dry. Finishes with lingering, raw hops and some serious bitterness.
A real heavy hitter. The raw, aggressive hop character should fade in a couple of weeks.
