look: one finger off white head which quickly dissipates to a creamy looking thin layer of bubbles, beer is a hazy copper colour with rushing carbonation within the beer.
smell: sweet and malty, brown and black bread, caramel, toast, biscuit, toffee, hint of chocolate, some sweet fruity aroma, smells nice enough.
taste: that’s a tasty beer that, a great balance of malt and hop flavour, lovely malt character, brown bread, pumpernickel bread, ovaltine, caramel and toffee, toasty, tobacco, hint of chocolate, but also some fruity flavour, orange and subtle lemon notes, nice light to medium bitterness on the finish with lightly smokey malty flavours lingering, surprisingly nice.
feel: light bodied, medium carbonation, totally sessionable and crushable, but perhaps a touch watery.
overall: pleasantly surprised by this beer, first one i’ve had from these lads over in roscommon but i will seek out more of their beers if possible.

Frothiest head on an ale I've ever see. Not an amber not a red. Unique in taste which probably means some beer drinkers will not like it but worth trying if you can find it.

Poured a hazy copper colour.
Smelled very grainy, predominantly cereal malts.
Tasted like a nut-brown ale, just like it smells - fresh grains. It was like a mix between an amber and a nut-brown ale. Hints of malts with underlying hops. Lingering grains and bitter hops finish.
Would I buy it again? Yes.

Fresh crisp flavour, hint of sweetness, slightly hoppy bitterness, pleasant, refreshing.
