I've listed this as an American Wild only because it's probably the closest style to this beer. Funky, dry, crisp, with notes of barnyard and dry hay and light citrus. Very interesting beer from a pioneering brewery in this rural area of Ireland. Made with yeast harvested from Owemygat cave on Samhain (Halloween) 2017. This beer is listed as in their "House Reserve" series. I'm interested to taste more- enjoyed this one with some local cheeses and charcuterie- a nice pairing.
